I had some overarching plot ideas that deal with the antagonists introduced in Bodyguard, so you’ll see the struggle with the Silent Butchers across all three books. But each book has its own story about a single couple. Book two is Zoe and Witt’s story. Witt of course is Reynolds’s twin, so the fun begins with a case of mistaken identity. After the mostly serious nature of Grizzly Fate, I was ready to write something lighter, and a bit sillier. I’m more than half way through the first draft, and am having a great time playing with the interactions between Zoe and Witt.
What you can expect: mistaken identity that leads to awkward situations, a reluctant assassin, hot sex, more familiar faces, a full length novel (unlike Bodyguard, which is a novella), and a happily ever after for the couple.
When I figure out the title, I’ll get the cover completed and share it with you. It’s just sitting there waiting for me to come up with something awesome.
And now it’s time for me to get back to writing. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
